OUR POLICIES
PAYMENT
We prefer Paypal, although we have been known to clear an Echeck or two. Payments
should be completed within 24 hours of item purchase.
California residents pay 9.25% sales tax, which is automatically figured and deducted
through your Paypal purchase.
SHIPPING
Bambina Mia usually ships within 7-10 working days upon receipt of payment. Orders
will be shipped to your Paypal address (unless otherwise specified) via First Class USPS.
Items paid for via Echeck are shipped upon check's clearing.
Sending this as a gift? Bambina Mia offers free gift wrapping. Your items will be wrapped in our signature chocolate brown tissue and tied up with a lime and white polka dot bow.
Want us to send it directly to your gift recipient? We can do that, too. We'll even send it off with a short note from you to let them know which friend/family member had the good sense to send them this rockin' item.

Custom orders are shipped out after final approval of proof is made and payment is received.
RETURNS
We take customer satisfaction seriously! If you do not receive your item or are dissatisfied for any reason, please email us within a week of your order and we will take all necessary steps to make things right.
Exchanges for sizing issues are not a problem. Corrected items will be mailed out upon receipt of returned original item, with postage being the responsibility of the buyer.
